Cryonexus manages the entire LNG supply process; it is our priority that our prospects do not get distracted with regards to replacing their current fuel, whether it be diesel or LPG, taking care of everything necessary in the process. From analyzing your operation to identify viable processes, with that information, we can prepare the appropriate design with the suitable equipment, pressures, and pipe diameters. We will prepare the plans and technical reports necessary to submit to the corresponding authorities. Once agreed with the prospect, contracts will be drawn up for their representation before the authorities, and upon approval of the project, the construction of storage tank facilities, regasification units, regulation, and measurement systems will begin. The Cryonexus client can trust that they have technical support at all times to use LNG.
Cryonexus carries out turnkey satellite regasification installations in the three main modalities.
Atmospheric
The atmospheric modality, being the most common and energy-efficient, since the temperature increase is achieved through ambient vaporizers, where LNG returns to the gaseous state from its -160ºC maintained during its liquid state for transportation.
Mixed
The mixed modality is used in colder areas where, in winter, the temperature often remains below 0ºC for several days. In this type, after the ambient vaporizers, a reheater is installed to raise the temperature of the gas for consumption above 10ºC.
Forced
The forced modality is implemented when the industrial process does not allow for the other modalities, mostly because the consumption is very high and it is more convenient to use an electric exchanger or hot water circuit than to install a larger number of ambient vaporizers, either due to space or equipment cost. In this modality, the thermal leap goes from -160°C up to 15°C.
They are the necessary facilities used with the purpose of supplying Natural Gas or Liquefied Natural Gas in locations without gas pipeline infrastructure. These facilities are capable of being relocated.
